Over the course of 12 years of running a successful gallery (Eclipse Gallery) and working with clients as an interior designer. Ruddy learned & developed the value of commitment, collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. She took her entrepreneur spirit, passion for homes and her intellectual skill of negotiation to the world of real estate becoming a devoted and successful realtor, and then founding the RL International Group. Joined Re/MAX Honolulu & its Miracle team in 2019.

Ruddy began her career in Beijing, China in the IT field. She first worked in a Singapore company, then a Japanese company, where she specialized in project management for many years. While everyone believed that she was on the perfect track of pursuiting her directoring leadership. She landed in the east coast in the US, got herself involved in the arty world, where ultimately lead her to her perfect role as of today. She loves what she is doing.
